Sweat the Change
Fitness for Midlife Women: A fun, full-body workout designed for women in perimenopause and menopause. Sweat the Change blends dance cardio to support heart health and provide gentle, bone-friendly impact, strength exercises to maintain muscle and endurance, and stretching and relaxation to aid recovery and calm the nervous system.
Every session is led by a qualified menopause specialist health coach, with movements created specifically for midlife bodies. Exercising alongside women in the same stage of life makes the class supportive, energising, and confidence-boosting.

Feel Good Dance
Get ready to move, groove, and let loose! Feel Good Dance is a high-energy, follow-along class where every song introduces fresh, easy-to-follow moves. Line Dancing
Step into something new with our Beginners Line Dancing class! This slower-paced session is perfect for newcomers, guiding you through each routine with clear, easy-to-learn choreography before we put it all together in practice.
Expect a fun mix of music, not just country & western, with rhythms that keep things fresh and enjoyable. No cowboy boots needed; just bring comfortable shoes, a smile, and a willingness to give it a go.
Whether you’re looking to build confidence, stay active, or try a social, feel-good style of dance, this class is the perfect place to start! Choose between a daytime or evening class.

Burn & Firm
Turn up the music and turn up the heat! Burn & Firm is a dynamic blend of cardio dance aerobics and full-body toning designed to make you feel strong, energised, and accomplished. We kick things off with rhythm-driven cardio to get your heart pumping, then move into a targeted “firm” section using light weights or bodyweight exercises.
Expect effective, music-fuelled moves that hit all the major muscle groups, squats, crunches, arm work, and more, for a balanced workout that builds strength, boosts endurance, and leaves you glowing.

Alongside my fitness classes, I also offer specialist coaching and informative talks on a wide range of wellbeing topics, including general health, sleep, and menopause. As a fully qualified health coach, menopause coach, and sleep specialist, I’m passionate about helping people feel their best at any stage of life.
My sessions explore practical, evidence-based strategies to boost energy, improve sleep quality, support overall wellness, and navigate the changes that come with menopause.
I’ll be hosting a variety of talks and workshops designed to educate, inspire, and start meaningful conversations around feeling well.
